Salmon Hwe-doupbap is a dish that Koreans enjoy with all the vegetables and fresh salmon sashimi at once. How about enjoying a simple and fresh sashimi Hwe-doupbap when your appetite falls short?
Salmon Hwe-doupbap ingredients (1 serving)
¼ red bell pepper
¼ orange bell pepper
¼ yellow bell pepper
¼ cucumber
4 romaine lettuce
500-600g Salmon (Sashimi grade)
6-7 Seaweed
Pinch of Sesame seeds and Sesame oil
1 bowl of steamed rice
Sauce ingredients
3 tbsp Red pepper paste (Gochujang)
2 tbsp Vinegar
2 tbsp Sugar
Pinch of Sesame seeds and Sesame oil
Directions:
1. Shred all vegetables (red bell pepper, orange bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, cucumber, and romaine lettuce).
2. Break the seaweed well.
3. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
4. Add red pepper paste, vinegar and sugar and mix well.
5. Put the rice in the bowl and put the well-cut vegetables on it.
6. Finally, put the salmon on top of the vegetables.
7. Depending on your taste, add sesame seeds, sesame oil, and sauce and mix well before eating.
