Ingredients :
cassava 1kg
pandan leaves 3 sheets
coconut milk 400ml with pandan leaves 2 sheets
water 700ml
sugar
salt
sago flour / tapioca flour
How to cook :
cook the cassava 1kg, pandan leaves 3 sheets, water 700ml, salt 1tsp until mature ±30 minutes
cook the coconut milk 400ml, pandan leaves 2 sheets, sago flour 1tbsp, sugar 2tbsp until thicken
put the boiled cassava on the plate and then give the sauce(the thicken coconut milk)
now you can serve it to your guests.
