Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park is a hidden gem of Utah, not far from Zion National Park. The main draw are the pink sands dunes the park is named after.
While the park is day trip friendly, it is a wonderful place to spend the night at the campground.
The campground is split into two sections, and we prefer sites 1-22, as they are nestled amongst Juniper and Pinyon Pines, offering decent shade at the right times of day.
This first section should accommodate fairly large rigs and campers, but sites 23-34 are probably the best choice for the largest of rigs.
But for tent campers like us, sites 1-22 offer the best options in our opinion.
The campground had running water (toilets, sinks) and there are even showers. During our visit, the facilities were up to date and extremely clean.
This campground was one of our favorites during our 2025 Campvue Northern Tour.
