This video features the Single-Level™ Rollformer producing R panel, one of many panels used for metal buildings and in the metal roofing industry. The machine is equipped with powered uncoiler, Smartcut entry shear, a hydraulic post cut shear and an automated drop table. An integrated blanking unit is an option that provides a cost-effective solution for the production of trim blanks without sacrificing the short sheet capability while maintaining the small footprint of a post cut rollforming line.
This equipment was videoed at The Bradbury Group headquarters in Kansas during customer buyoff prior to shipment. Due to certain restrictions, such as lack of loop pit and anchoring, equipment may not be operating at engineered capacity.
