✨Recipe:
Tini’s Tomato Soup:
12 tomatoes
2 onions
2 head of garlic
Basil plant
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt & pepper
Smoked paprika
1 cup vegetable stock
Fresh thyme
Dried oregano
Chili flakes
½ cup heavy cream
Fresh parmesan
1. Wash tomatoes and chop into cubes. Chop onions into cubes as well. Chop the heads off of the garlic and place on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with basil stems, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with salt and cracked pepper, and smoked paprika
2. Place sheet into oven at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
3. Bring out the blender, and add all ingredients including vegetable stalk and handful of basil leaves, fresh thyme, dried oregano, chili flakes. Strain the soup into a pot and start boiling. Add heavy cream and keep stirring, grate some fresh parmesan.
4. Garnish with a basil leaf, a little cream, paprika and pepper. Enjoy!
