Ground Beef and Green Bean Stir Fry
Ingredients
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
3 tablespoons honey
1 lb green beans, trimmed and sliced in half
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, sliced
4 garlic cloves, minced
Directions
Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce and honey in a bowl and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Add green beans and spread evenly over the pan. Let cook for 1 minute without stirring. Stir and cook for 30 seconds. Repeat the last step 2 more times with a total of 2 1/2 minutes of cooking time. Season with a little salt and pepper and remove and set aside.
Add ground beef and cook until cooked through over medium high heat.
Add onions and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add sauce and cook for 30 seconds.
Return green beans back to the pan and cook for another 30 seconds. Serve over rice.
