Right now, Hartford police, in coordination with federal and state law enforcement partners, are scouring the streets of the capital city in search of serial shooters.
“This is an all-hands-on-deck effort for our police department and all our partners at the federal and state level,” said Hartford Mayor Luke Bronin.
