비대면 상담을 받은 환자분의 영상입니다.


불만 사항
1. 발치 교정으로 인해 상악과 하악이 안으로 들어가면서 기도가 좁아진 것 같아요.
2. 입을 벌리고 잘 때가 있어 목이 부은 적이 있어요.
3. 돌출입을 해결하고자 교정을 한 것인데, 나중에 알고 보니 무턱으로 인해 입이 돌출되어 보였던 것 같아요.
4. 하악이 들어가면서 기도가 좁아지고, 투턱 현상과, 목 주름이 생긴 것 같아요.
5. 인중도 길어졌어요.

희망 사항
1. 무턱 현상을 해결하고 싶어요.
2. 투턱이 없어지고 싶어요.
3. 목주름이 리프팅 되고 싶어요.
4. 인중이 짧아지고 싶어요.
5. 기도를 확보해서 비강 호흡을 원활히 하고 싶어요.
6. 턱끝전진술을 하면 무턱이 교정되면서 하악면이 넓어지면서 목선의 둔탁한 라인이 해결되고 투턱이 해결되고 목주름도 사라지지 않을까 싶어요.
7. 턱끝전진술을 하면서 기도를 확보하여 호흡을 개선하려 했는데 턱끝전진으로 기도 확보는 조금 힘들다는 영상을 봤어요. 기도를 확보하려면 양악을 해야 한다는데, (상악, 하악 전진) 그러면 입이 돌출될까 봐 무서워요.
8. 돌출된 입으로 인해 코도 낮아 보일 것 같아 무서워요.
9. 턱끝전진술과 턱끝 보형물 삽입 중에서 고민 중입니다.
10. 기도 확보는 양악이 아닌 다른 수술로 해결할까 고민 중입니다.
11. 입이 돌출되지 않으면서 하는 양악 수술이 있다고 들었는데, 양악에 대한 두려움이 커서 대체 수술을 알아보는 중입니다. 그래도 양악이 효과가 크다면 원장님의 고견을 듣고 고려해 볼 생각입니다.

Complaints before surgery

5. My philtrum also got longer.

Pre-surgery wishes
1. I want to solve the problem of the chinless phenomenon.
2. I want to get rid of the double chin.
3. I want to lift my neck wrinkles.
4. I want to shorten my philtrum.
5. I want to secure an airway to facilitate nasal breathing.
6. I think that if I get a chin advancement surgery, the double chin will be corrected and the mandibular plane will be widened, which will solve the dull line of the neck line, solve the double chin, and also disappear the neck wrinkles.
7. I tried to secure an airway and improve breathing by getting a chin advancement surgery, but I saw a video that said that securing an airway with a chin advancement surgery is a bit difficult. They say that I need bimaxillary surgery to secure an airway (upper and lower jaw advancement), but I'm afraid that my mouth will protrude.
8. I'm afraid that my nose will look low because of my protruding mouth.
9. I'm thinking about getting a chin advancement surgery or inserting a chin implant.
