With all the market uncertainty right now, if you were within the 10-year window of retirement with a decent nest egg (high six figures) in your 401k, do you have any suggestions on how you would avoid taking a big “hit” that would be hard to recover from between now and the day you plan on telling the boss to “shove it sideways”.....??!!!

Can you please go over which financial ratios you use the most, and how you analyze them to help you determine the best stocks to buy and hold for the long term?

What should your money be invested in (what types of investments and percentages) during retirement from day one? And how would that change over time as one ages until say 95 if 95 is the end game?

What are the options when too much of your net worth is tied up in your house, but you don't really want to sell/move? Selling would free up cash to retire sooner, but would also trigger capital gains. How to make all that capital in the housework for you?
