Kaliveer worship predates the Puranic pantheon in the Indian subcontinent. Rajja not only makes this claim — he backs it with research, linguistic evidence, and deep ritual memory. His assertion that the hill people are descendants of the earliest Aryan migrations — the Scythians/Shakas, and Khasa — is grounded in a synthesis of scholarship and lived culture.

Rajja is the founder and chairperson of Kaliterics: Kaliveeran Farzand-i-Khas — a socio-political and spiritual collective under the patronage of General Goverdhan Singh Jamwal.
