Описание: Aerol® Zinc Spray is a zinc-rich cold galvanizing coating designed to provide long-term corrosion protection to ferrous metal surfaces. It offers protection comparable to hot-dip galvanization through sacrificial anodic action, making it ideal for industrial, infrastructure, and maintenance applications.

This spray is widely used as a touch-up coating for damaged galvanized surfaces caused by cutting, drilling, or welding. Available in Bright Silver (Grade 3060) and Regular/Dark Grey (Grade 3070) shades, Aerol Zinc Spray ensures reliable protection even in harsh outdoor environments.

Zinc Content (Dry Film):

• Grade 3060 (Bright): 40% zinc w/w
• Grade 3070 (Regular): 60% zinc w/w

Method of Use:

Ensure the surface is free from loose rust, oil, grease, moisture, and dirt

Shake the can thoroughly until the agitator ball moves freely

Spray evenly on metal or galvanized substrate in light sweeping strokes

Allow to dry and recoat after 1 hour if required

Invert the can and spray briefly after use to prevent nozzle clogging
