Ingredients:
Crispy Chicken Sandwich:
-Chicken thinly sliced fillets 250g
-Anda (Egg) whisked 1
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Assembling:
-Croissant or Bread of your choice
-Tomato ketchup
-Salad patta (Lettuce leaves)
-Olper’s cheddar cheese slice
-Coleslaw
Pizza Sandwich:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Chicken boneless small cubes 250g
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Mushrooms chopped ½ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ½ Cup
-Olper’s Cheddar cheese as required
Assembling:
-Bread of your choice
-Pizza sauce
-Kheera (Cucumber) sliced
-Tamatar (Tomato) sliced

Directions:
Crispy Chicken Sandwich:
-In a bowl,add chicken,egg,red chilli powder,salt,dried oregano,all-purpose flour & mix well then coat with breadcrumbs.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil & fry chicken pieces from both sides until golden & crispy.
Assembling:
-Cut croissant in half,add tomato ketchup,lettuce leaves,chedder cheese slice,crispy fried chicken, coleslaw & flip another slice over it to make a sandwich (makes 3 sandwiches).
-Wrap in cling film,cut into half & place them in a lunch box with Olper’s strawberry milk.
Pizza Sandwich:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken & mix well until it changes color.
-Add lemon juice,red chilli crushed,dried oregano,red chilli powder,salt,garlic powder,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add mushrooms,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add onion,capsicum & mix well.
-Let it cool.
-Add cheddar cheese,mix well & set aside.
Assembling:
-Trim bread slices.
-Add & spread pizza sauce on both bread slices.
-On one bread slice,add cucumber slices,prepared chicken filling,tomato slices & flip another bread slice over it to make a sandwich (makes 3 sandwiches).
-Wrap in cling film,cut into half & place them in a lunch box with Olper’s chocolate milk.

-Cling film mein warp ker lein,half mein cut karein aur lunch box mein rakh ka Olper’s strawberry milk ka saath dein.
Pizza Sandwich:
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur chicken dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Lemon juice,lal mirch crushed,dried oregano,lal mirch powder,namak aur lehsan powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Mushrooms dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Pyaz aur shimla mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Cheddar cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
