This is about Bhagavan Sri Ramana's Naadi Josyam (Palm Leaf Astrology) as found in sage Kaka Bhujundar Josyam.
There is a brief introduction in the video about what Naadi Josyam is. Followed by another short reading of Bhagavan's horoscope by a renowned astrologer (who had visited the Ashram and met Bhagavan)-the Raasi chart being provided to him by Niranjanananda Swami, the Sarvadhikari of the Ashram then. A full version of this was also published in the December issue of the "Astrological Magazine" in 1985.

The Naadi Josyam by Kaka Bhujundar of Bhagavan Ramana, the Monarch of Yogis is found in in the Sub-Chapter called ‘Kundali', in the seventh Chapter of the BRIGHU-SAMHITA which contains a dialogue between Brighu and Shukra.

In 1936, one Sri Tangavelu Nadar, a renowned Naadi Josyar, had published the original Tamil Naadi Josyam of Sri Bhagavan, in the form of a book. It contained 146 verses of the Josyam readings. These are classified as below:

verses.1 to 20(Page1-20) Intro+ birth in Tiruchuzhi.
Verses 21 to 53 (21-40)Annai Meenakshi blesses & reaching Annamalai.
Verses 54 to 75 (41-57) Jivan mukti state & devotees get benefit.
Verses 76 to 110 (58-80) The State of Siva or His Son.
Verses 111 to 130 (81-99) Deva Maha Sabha; Brahma's curse; Saints objection.
Verses 131 to 146 (100-146) The old story & Mother Meenakshi's Grace.

The English translation of this Tamil book, leaving aside the poetical verses, was later done by one Sri Sundara Rajan which was again published in the magazine "The Times of Astrology" in April, 1989. This video contains this translation.
