HK Style Egg Tarts with a Marbled Chocolate Crust

These egg tarts are just fun to make! And the additional chocolate flavour in the crust makes it taste just as fun!
Short crust pastry:
280g Plain flour
1/2 egg, beaten (30g), at room temperature
60g icing sugar
112g butter, at room temperature
2-3 tablespoons cold water
2-3 tablespoons cocoa powder
additional icing sugar for dusting
additional butter for brushing
Egg Filling:
120g Sugar
160ml water
2 eggs (90g)
85g Evaporated Milk (or cream)
