Hayley's sweet tribute comes just a few months after she underwent an emergency craniectomy. Derek announced at the time that that his wife felt disoriented after a performance of their symphony of dance tour in Washington, D.C. and was taken to the hospital, where she was diagnosed with a cranial hematoma from a burst blood vessel. The professional dancer, 38, has kept fans updated on Hayley's recovery journey, and on Feb. 5, the couple shared a positive video message update on Instagram and sent love to their fans.
