作品以交响结构展开，分为三层：
水之秩序的设立、深海巨物的存在、以及水中生命的滋生运行。
人声仅作宣告性铭文，音乐本体为主体，避免叙事与情绪化表达。
本作并非描绘个别生物，
而是呈现“水作为生命承载系统”被设立的整体秩序。
与之呼应的《第五日•鹰之歌》，则展现空中生命的另一条创造线。
水与空相对，重量与方向并立，共同完成第五日的创造图景。

Day Five – Life Born in the Waters
is part of the original sacred music series From the Beginning to the New Heaven and New Earth.
This work presents the fifth day of creation through a symphonic structure:
the establishment of the waters, the presence of the great creatures of the deep, and the multiplication of life within order.
The human voice appears only as brief ceremonial declarations.
The music itself remains primary, avoiding narrative and emotional dramatization.
Rather than portraying individual animals,
the work reveals the waters as a divinely ordered system bearing life.
Together with Song of the Eagle,
this completes the two life-lines of the fifth day:
life in the waters and life in the air.
