In this video, we perform a detailed DC analysis of a two-stage MOSFET amplifier, consisting of a common-source first stage and a source follower second stage. We walk through the calculations for key DC operating points such as gate voltage (VG), drain voltage (VD), source voltage (VS), drain current (ID), and gate-source voltage (VGS) for both MOSFETs (M1 and M2). We also verify our hand calculations by comparing them to the results obtained from a SPICE simulation.
