It’s about that time to talk releases and we have a little something from everyone this weekend. I am your host Jacques Slade and this is the Heat Check.

Starting tomorrow, Nike’s big three will be releasing their Flight Pack for Nike Basketball. The pack includes the Kobe X, the KD 7, and the LeBron 12 that all have a touch of silver in the mix. The KD is probably the most electric out of the pack, while the LeBron has the biggest sneaker to metallic silver ratio. All three drop May 1st with the KD and LeBron hitting FinishLine. If you want to focus more on running as we get close to summer, Reebok is giving us a look at the Z Pump Fusion “Geo”. The model is dropping for both Men and Women in some pretty crazy colors that have a graffiti type vibe to them. Pricing on both the men and womens pairs is $110.

Looking at a few off the court style, Nike Sportswear is dropping the Blue Suede version of the LeBron 12. Pricing there is $130 and the shoe is officially called the LeBron 12 NSW. This weekend the Avengers movie comes out and an adidas tie-in with the movie will give us the adiZero PrimeBoost Avengers. The model as you can see rocks green over the upper with the word “Avengers” in metallic silver on the heel. These drop on Friday as well. The Air Max 90 has been getting plenty of love and the latest look give the model a premium, or ultra makeover. These add what looks like Engineered Mesh to the mix and use simple color blocking got get their point across. Available in Photo Blue. Black, or Dust, you can grab those for $130.

Adidas fans, of fans of John Wall are getting some love this week with this Floral version of the J Wall 1. Pricing on these beauties in $115 and these perform well on the court. For those with a bit more history to their collecting, you will appreciate the look of the Nike Air Pippen 6 “Bulls”. Red has been a very collectible color this season and these are no exception to that rule. Look for these to arrive at retailers for $160 on Saturday. And last but not least, Jordan Brand comes through with the Air Jordan 5 in the Hornets colorway. The midnight navy really looks good on this pair. Those will cost you the remastered price of $190 when they drop Saturday at Finish Line.
