A guide to changing blower control unit and cable on a 2008 VW T5 Transporter....I am only starting to use youtube & a new camera, all helpful comments will be appreciated. Sorry the editing isn't great...one of my first videos!
The video covers two possible faults resulting in the direction control not working. 1/ damaged cog on blower control dial (you will need to replace the complete unit)...and or 2/ Buckled damaged (twisted wire) cable. (Replace with a solid cable p/n 7H2 819 837 C (Red/Blue)....much better!!
