At the ESM we believe it is important to keep creating awareness around gender balance. We choose to challenge our own biases, explore new ways of working that address unfairness and stereotypes and reflect on what more we can do to contribute to a gender balanced society.

Through different policies, initiatives and projects, we are committed to achieving a truly inclusive working environment where everyone has the same opportunities and all voices are heard.
