Today is the forty-eighth day of my Daily Vlog on the Kaged Muscle 12 Week Lean Muscle Trainer. I am going to take you through every day of this transformation series. I’ll film my workouts in the gym and list the moves, reps and sets below. I’ll explain my diet regarding the macros required for this series as well as the supplements I’m using.
