It's been 6 weeks after my Explant/Capsulectomy. I am recovering well. I know that I have a lot of detoxing to do but I feel way better without those toxic bags. I will share another update down the road. I am excited to get back to work and doing what I love, creating Dance Fitness workouts for you guys! Much love to you all!
