So, yes its not a professional quality video and i had no intentions of doing a professional quality video when i recorded this...Volume is low so you might have to set your computer's speakers close to maximum and/or use headphones!

DO NOT Squeeze the mother's calves or shoulders when practicing the pain management techniques. This can possibly induce labor!

Might be a good idea to take notes from the video and bring them to the hospital with you since you may forget everything in the heat of the moment...

Sorry for the crappy audio/video quality starting at 1 hour, 33 minute mark. My camera's battery died and i switched to using my cell phone to record video.. If you don't like the video, deal with it.

Might be a handy video as going to group class during Covid (Coronavirus) times is not a great idea if you're pregnant.
