Before the flood waters of 2025 totally destroyed the Island, I got what would come to be my final opportunity to fish this spot. On November 11th 2025 the Island was loaded with fish, Kings, AKA Chinook and Coho, AKA Silvers.
Since then, the Island has been destroyed. Flood water wiped out the Tree and all the brush growing upon this beautiful little piece of paradise. Although the flood water have yet to recede as of the dropping of this video, it would be a miracle if any of the natural vegetation that made that Island unique survived.
Only time will tell if the island will be fishable in the future.
