• Tool #1: hinge pocket mortising
• Tool #2: one or two doorknob holes (both directions) and edge pocketing
• Tool #3: peephole centered at user-defined height
• Tool #4 and #5: groove at the bottom of the door for noise dampening insert. Active tooling is selected whether it is a left or right-handed door.
• All four tools can operate in a single cycle — maximizing speed and accuracy
• Over 20 servo-powered axes for precise movement of the four tooling units
• Cycle time: less than two minutes per door with full operation set
