Drömmar, the Swedish word for dreams, as well as the name of these wonderful cookies. My grand mother used to make these with me when I was a child, they were my favourite cookies in the world. I have probably not baked these in 40 years, oh, how I have missed them. The first bite took me straight back to my grand mother's kitchen. Give these a try if you enjoy cookies, they are very sweet with a hint of vanilla. If you can't get ahold of Deer Horn Salt, you can use baking powder as well, but you need to double the quantity. Enjoy!

225g Sugar
200g Flour
75g Butter
6g Vanilla Sugar
1g Deer Horn Salt
75ml Neutral Oil
