This newly completed project is in a highly sought but relatively new integrated commercial & residential enclave. This project is certainly one of the must reviews for me for this year and I've also received a number of request from you viewers out there.
It truly is a unique one, this property. Right after you step into the compound, you'll see the ramp leading up to the park, and it shows the parking lot availability indicator - similar to the ones shown in the big mega malls here in Klang Valley, telling how many carparks are available on each floor. Why would you even need that? Well, there's a very good reason for it, which I totally agree with. This might be new and surprising to you, but in more developed countries, this is rather normal.
Since this is a truly integrated development, everything is within walking distance. Right across the street, you have a decent neighborhood mall, which includes a happening F&B scene. I did a short tour of the mall too, because the convenience is just too hard to ignore.
