Another Signature Cocktail from The Bartenders team.
The Berry Sour. This cocktail is based on Chambord - a berry liqueur. It is very citrus heavy giving it a sour flavour, though balancing out with simple syrup to enhance the flavours. Mixed with aquafaba, a vegan alternate to eggwhite to give it a frothy texture.
Ingredients:
60ml Chambord
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
20ml Aquafaba
Shake and double strain into martini coupe. Garnish with mixed berries on skewer.
