There is a lot of really excellent resources for a language learner and it really sucks when it is not accessible because of your location.

This is known as geoblocking and is usually due to licensing arrangements and sadly, it all boils down to money.

The good news is that you can get around this limitation by using a VPN, which stands for Virtual Private Network.

It is often used by people working from home to access the systems at work and basically, you securely connect to the system in such a way as to make those systems think that you're physically in the office - no matter where you are, or where the office is.

Traditionally, VPN software was very tricky to set up, required a of of technical competence and was quite unstable. Fortunately, these days, it's more of a matter of a mouse click.
