We explore José Martí Park, the lively heart of the city where locals gather, classic cars pass by, and colorful streets tell stories of history and culture. Later, we enjoy a relaxing lakeside lunch at Laguna La Redonda, surrounded by peaceful nature and warm Caribbean breezes.

While Cuba’s beauty shines everywhere, life here also comes with challenges. As of January 2026, the Government of Canada advises travelers to exercise a high degree of caution due to shortages of food, medicine, fuel, water, and frequent power outages. Yet despite hardships, the Cuban people remain welcoming, resilient, and full of humor — a spirit that truly touched our hearts.
