The Bend Homes Now Team is made up of Mark & Brooke Garcia, and Kate MacMillan. All three are licensed brokers with Cascade Hasson Sotheby's in Bend, Oregon. Prior to pursuing a full time career in real estate Mark owned and operated a construction business that specialized in maintaining foreclosed homes in Oregon and Washington. Mark and Brooke have been selling, investing in, and managing real estate in Bend since 2013. Mark has assisted clients with purchasing primary homes, investment properties, and vacant land. Brooke was a former Property Manager and sold her business in 2021 to join Mark as a real estate agent.

In May 2021, Kate MacMillan, a Bend native, joined the Bend Homes Now team as the Operations Assistant and is now a licensed real estate agent who helps with buyers and sellers.
