Finding the lost princess.
Every week we end #Shabbat with a multi sensory ceremony (fire, spices, and wine) called #Havdalah, which is Hebrew for “separation.” We are acknowledging that the holy day of Shabbat is separated from the mundane period that follows. The ceremony begins when the darkness descends on this period that feels above time. The separation is from the holy (the infinite, which Shabbat represents) to the mundane (that which is finite, which the six days of the week represent.)
