Описание:
Patient side lying with medial aspect of the foot uppermost.
Fix one hand under the medial malleolus and across the navicular.
Dorsiflex the ankle to lock up the tibiotalar joint.
Invert the foot to lock up the navicular.
Place the other hand on the medial aspect of the calcaneum & laterally rotate to open the subtalar joint.
Take all the slack out of the joint with compression towards the couch and lateral rotation of the thrusting hand.
The thrust is downwards towards the couch through the calcaneus.
