She has a book you can download called FIT: Active & Ageless for Life. Kelly is now 63 and she has been helping women prioritize fitness for over 25 years. She has wisdom and experience that can help us feel great and have more fun in this second half of life. She inspires women to adventure out of their comfort zones by trying new experiences they may have only dreamt of previously.
Kelly also has a podcast for older women called Fit is Freedom. She also has a coaching business, online courses, and retreats geared towards an older woman. She’s the creator of the FOX TV Outdoor Houston Adventure series and currently calls Houston, Texas, home. But her home is really outdoors in the wild where she is found kayaking rivers and traveling trails around the world.
