In this video, we train with kettlebells, hammers and then knock out some quick pullups to show the carryover benefits of training with kettlebells (WTHE what the heck effects).
I talk about tracking your progress with an exercise journal. This will let you see exactly what you are doing each time you train and allow you to hone in on making steady incremental progress over the long term, which means major gains. I also quickly go over how I am fueling my workouts (steak and eggs) and talk about the carnivore diet.
