This video is 8 hours mix of pure binaural beats. The binaural frequency starts from 12Hz, which is common Alpha brain wave of a state before sleep, and slowly decreases to the lowest level of Alpha 8Hz which is about the REM state. The frequency fall is gentle and lets you brain to slowly adapt to the stimulation. The deepest part of the sleep – 8Hz is 6,5 hours where is also additional binaural frequency of 39,5Hz which is obtained when people dream lucidly. Then the binaural frequency starts to increase again and wakes up your body very slowly to let you wake up really rested at state of Alpha wave – 12Hz, so you can wake up and remember the dream. The base frequency is decreasing and increasing too. That helps you to adapt more efficiently to the binaural beats.
