I don't we'll be going to Portia in this game, but we are working on getting Sandrock to feel closer to Portia by improving the way to get there through roads and tunnels.
As we work on this, we see familiar faces like Albert and Mint. It doesn't seem like Mint is the talk of the town but it seems some Sandrockers are gossiping about Albert and his... unsuccessful advances.
We explore the new areas even during a sandstorm and get lost.
