Hi There!
This garlic baguette with a smooth egg-and-cream mixture and perfectly melted mozzarella is incredibly delicious and perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.!🥖🧀
(I used German Lyoner (Bologna sausage), but you can use any of your favorite cold cuts! Use any type of sliced cold cuts you like!)

Recipe:
🛒 Ingredients:
2 store-bought Garlic Baguettes
A little garlic butter (for greasing the dish)
250 ml Cooking cream (Heavy cream)
4 Eggs
1 pack Lyoner (Bologna sausage) – use any type of sliced cold cuts you like!
Sliced cheese (to taste)
Shredded mozzarella (as much as you like for the top)
Salt, pepper, and dried parsley (to taste)
👨🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Slice the garlic baguettes into rounds.
2. Lightly coat the bottom of a glass baking dish with melted garlic butter.
3. Place the baguette slices into the dish.
4. Tuck a slice of cheese and a slice of cold cut between each piece of baguette. (Use any type of sliced cold cuts you like!)
5. In a separate bowl, beat the 4 eggs.
6. Pour in the 250 ml of cooking cream.
7. Add salt, pepper, and dried parsley, then mix thoroughly.
8. Carefully and evenly pour the mixture over the baguettes in the dish.
9. Generously sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the top.
10. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and bake for 25 minutes using the fan settingn)
💡 Tip: Check the oven after about 10 minutes! If the cheese is browning too much, cover the dish with aluminum foil and continue baking for the remaining time.
