My Immortal - Tribute to Hugo

Описание: Please watch, like, and share...this video is dedicated to the orca Hugo, who was captured in 1967 and died of a brain aneurysm on March 4, 1980 at the Miami Seaquarium. The film is set in the perspective of Lolita, who was captured in 1970 and was Hugo's tankmate until he died. Since then, she has never seen another orca, left to battle loneliness and the trauma wrought by captivity.

This video reveals the suffering that Lolita and Hugo endured together when they were tankmates and when they were both captured separately. It also illuminates Lolita's remarkable strength and how we must remember the good times we shared with our loved ones who have passed. Finally, it shows how emotionally complex cetaceans are and why they do not belong in captivity.
