Описание: I first heard her in an interview with Chalene Johnson's PodCast and Dr. Sara Solomon was making me LAUGH! So I researched what exactly she does after a great approach she described in her interview.

Because I felt stuck. Not losing any weight past 135lbs, I wanted to research another way that allowed me to LIVE a balanced life and still hit my fitness/nutrition check points.

What I've discovered about Dr. Solomon and myself!

Dr. Sara Solomon gives so much knowledge whenever she speaks. She has truly given me a different perspective in a scientific way when it comes to fitness and nutrition. Dr. Sara Solomon has helped me understand HOW to burn stored fat and HOW I too can NOT be crazy and feel overwhelm when it comes to living a healthier life. I too felt bombarded with thinking about food every hour of the hour every waking minute! I felt like I was becoming WAY obsessed with it and because she's been in the body building world with competitions, she has awesome credentials, I feel she is a VERY credible source.
