Описание: The dramatic humanitarian situation in Afghanistan and the fragile human rights situation were the focus of the two-day European Conference: #Diaspora Action for Afghanistan organised by the Danish Refugee Council in cooperation with VIDC and other partner organisations on 15 and 16 May 2022 in Brussels. More than 100 participants from 70 Afghan diaspora organisations took part in the two-day conference in Brussels. The first day of the conference was mainly dedicated to networking. The second day was themed "A call to action" and also involved external actors to discuss the role of the diaspora in relation to the new political and operational environment in Afghanistan and to develop possibilities for support.
