This is the track that plays when you turn on any console in the Nintendo 3DS Family for the first time. It is also a music layer for the System Setting theme that anyone can faintly hear.
I extended this theme since no one else bothered to, and also because I'm paying my tributes to the Nintendo 3DS Family.
