Описание: The South African Federation of Trade Unions (SAFTU) says it is disappointed that Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana continues to obey the International Monetary Fund (IMF)'s austerity instructions by amplifying fiscal consolidation and thereby cutting inflation-adjusted budgets in the public sector.

SAFTU says the Treasury is the main reason widely regarded as state failure.
