"I do think she cared for him and wanted him to be strong and therefore I don't think she would mess with him in a way that might confuse him. That was always my...I also as a mother can imagine that. I think it would break the child in my opinion. So therefore I thought no. But there is something unusual and maybe even more powerful that she had some kind of hold on him and affected him in a different way."

"There has been a wonderful response by people. I've been living in England, so the response of the English people overnight was extraordinary and I think that people have pushed their governments to do even more which is wonderful. What I'm really concerned about and I'm going to be watching and speaking to people about is the coming months, I think right now it's really in the news and money keeps coming in and I'm hoping that it's distributed properly and I'm hoping that everyone on the ground is...because the chaos over there. I think that in the months to come I'll be looking into different people who will be starting to do programmes of building back the communities. What are we going to do with the housing, what are we going to do with the schools for the kids? Because we have to spend the next few years rebuilding these places and investing and stay focused."

" No not really in general. I'm very aware of situations going on generally and clearly what has recently happened 10 days ago is such an extraordinarily huge situation that is overwhelming and you know just horrifying. At the same time I am aware that there are so many people displaced daily and so many civil wars going on daily and so many people starving daily, and so it is not new for there to be people in need in the world. So I am always thinking about that so I it is not suddenly something I am thinking about."
