Welcome back to E30 restoration! In this episode of BMW E30 project car series, we're diving deep into the nitty-gritty of rust repairs, focusing specifically on the notorious wheel well areas. Join me as I tackle the challenges of corrosion head-on and breathe new life into this classic Bimmer.

Project Overview:
I bought this E30 this autumn as a small project for me, but like many vintage cars, it's not immune to the effects of time. The wheel wells, prone to rust, have been a thorn in our side, and it's high time we address the issue with a comprehensive repair job. From surface rust to more severe corrosion, I’m leaving no stone unturned. Or in this case, metal undone.

Step-by-Step Repairs:
Follow along as I take you through each step of the wheel well rust repair process. The process is usually the same in most E30:s, but my car is a bad example as the rotting is not always as bad as this car has. In this episode you will see how I handled the rust removal to welding in new panels, and sharing my techniques and tools I use to bring this E30 back to its former glory! You'll find out that this small'ish rust hole repair expands to a lot bigger job than expected. This part of the car has rusted so much more than at first glance. I spent a long time on this part of the restoration, and it took me a very long time to edit this episode. So I do hope you enjoy this one!

I do have experience in working on cars, but as you might have noticed, I am by no means a professional. I have done rust repairs before, but I have never done rust repairs as in depth as with this car.
