In the Fall of 2008, Kaddisfly entered the studio with Ryan Furlott to record 3 new demos. With Kelsey Kuther taking over bass guitar duties, the band was in a transitional period which resulted in a sonically unique set of songs in their catalog. The new direction soon leaned even further into transition, resulting in the new moniker of Water & Bodies. They produced 3 EPs and a full length album before Kaddisfly reformed in 2013 to complete 'Horses Galloping on Sailboats'. These 3 songs were not included, but they will now exist independently as the EP 'Hourglass'.
