The cold spell has the salt water of Fort Pond Bay in Montauk NY getting slushy & the wave action is mesmerizing to watch. The waves resemble wet concrete. I left the natural sound of the wind & waves. I was a dedicated effort to withstand the temps around 10F degrees & a bitter cold wind chill.
This video is 16 minutes & 37 seconds, but I have it looping for just over an hour. Recorded by Glenn Schneider on Jan 29&30, 2026 with iPhone17pro
