In this video, we practice the KNEE FLEXION movement — an important exercise to improve:
• Knee mobility
• Control during walking
• Strength for daily movements like standing and sitting
This movement is:
✔️ Safe for elders and adults
✔️ Suitable for movement-deprived individuals
✔️ Easy to do at home
✔️ Requires only wall support
How to perform:
• Take support from a wall
• Bend the knee slowly
• Keep the thighs in the same position
• The heel moves toward the hip
• Do not move the thigh forward or backward
📌 Reps & Sets:
• 10–15 repetitions
• 2–3 sets
• Rest as needed between sets
