About our Keynote Speaker: Sanjay Rishi has 3+ decades of global experience as an Entrepreneur, Business leader, Executive Coach, Leadership and OD practitioner, Learning designer and Scriptwriter. Leveraging varied roles he has played, Sanjay works globally with Academia, Industry, Family Businesses, Start-ups and Mission Critical Teams in Water, Health, Education, Energy. Prior to his shift to being a coach and and an OD & C practitioner, for 17 years Sanjay helped found education star-ups and led both design and development of multi-lingual, digitally interactive, blended learning for children and adults, (B2B,Govt.) in the Americas, Asia and Europe. These include game based learning for K-12, Sales Training & Management, IT processes for adults.

Always been a wanderer, his restless curiosity to know more, the quest for knowledge for its own sake has been his North Star. What propels human beings, what defines them, the destinations they choose, the dilemmas they evade or confront, why they soar and what makes them stall, are questions at the forefront of his practice and research in the field of Transition.
