In 1999 TV Land had a short lived Superretrovision Saturdays. The Bugaloos were one of the Krofft programs that appeared on the channel. The original programming had H.R. Pufnstuf & Sigmund before it was replaced by Land of the Lost and The Bugaloos.
Unfortunately this block only lasted less than a year before TV Land dropped it, a shame because It sure did bring The Bugaloos back with fans tuning in. I think they skipped some episodes.
Anyways enjoy these bumpers, I know they aren’t the Bugaloos but I wonder if the band is supposed to be a parody of them? There is also a costumed character Sparky parody perhaps? He does play the drums
